Photoelectric Smoke Detector – LE-ALN-V

Heat Detector – LE-ATJ-EA

• Uses the noise immune Digital Communication Protocol (DCP), which utilizes interrupts for fast response to fires
• Rate of rise temperature threshold = 15°F/Min (determined by panel)
• Adjustable threshold temperature = 135°F – 190°F (determined by panel)

Analog Sounder Base – LE-ASB

• Can be alarmed or reset by zone or by individual address

1” Hose Cabinet

• Manufactured from steel or stainless steel, with thickness of 1mm to 2mm.
• Hose reel drums pressed on hydraulic press to from ribs for strength and durability to avoid twisting while handling.
• Outer edges rolled over for safe handling and aesthetic appearance.
• Electrostatic powder painted and oven baked to 200⁰C for appearance and protection from rust.
• Cabinets of stainless steel also available with hairline or mirror finish.
• Semi-Automatic 1.5″ hose rack, one piece construction of 16 gauge steel rack.

Synthetic Fire Hose

• Heavy duty construction for optimum abrasion resistance.
• Weather, ozone and ageing resistant with long service life.
• Easy to repair, clean and maintenance.
• The breaking strength of the jacket threads meets the requirements of UL 19.
• The tensile strength and ultimate elongation of inner lining meets UL 19 requirements.
• Hose is designed to withstand 1 ½ times the service pressure without rupturing or breaking any thread in the jacket as per UL 19.

Fire Pump Controllers

All Fire Pump Controllers are factory assembled, wired, tested as a unit and confirmed to all requirements of the latest edition of NFPA-20 (Centrifugal Fire Pumps) and NFPA-70 (National Electrical Code). Controllers are listed by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc., in accordance with UL218, Standard for Fire Pump Controllers, CSA, and Standard for Industrial Control Equipment (CUL) and approved by Factory Mutual (FM). All controllers are Y2K compliant.

Motor Driven Skids

LIFECO maintains its standard with using WEG which is High Efficiency Fire Pump Motors with our own Listed and Approved Centrifugal Fire Pumps to package Heavy Duty and High Quality Compact Skids.
Our Listed and Approved Fire Pumps can also be coupled with any other Listed Fire Pump Motors of any specific brand as per client requirement.
LIFECO Motor Driven Centrifugal Fire Pump Skids are available in combinations of both Listed and Approved End Suction Pumps and Horizontal Split Case Pumps coupled with Listed Fire Pumps Motors.

Diesel Driven Skids

LIFECO maintains its standard by using CLARKE or Black Stallion Diesel Engines and Centrifugal Fire Pumps to package Heavy Duty and High Quality Compact Skids.
Our Listed and Approved Fire Pumps can also be coupled with any other Listed Diesel Engine of any specific brand as per customer’s requirement.
LIFECO Diesel Driven Centrifugal Fire Pump Skids are available in combinations of both Listed and Approved Centrifugal End Suction Pumps and Centrifugal Horizontal Split Case Pumps coupled with Listed Diesel Engine Drivers

The LIFECO GMAX® Vertical Multistage Pumps are a multipurpose pump suitable for a variety of different applications demanding reliable and cost efficient supply. It can be used for thin, non-explosive liquids, not containing solid particles. Handles various liquids from portable water to industrial liquids within a very wide temperature, flow and pressure scales.

Fire Doors

• Doors can be used in dry wall and masonry construction.
• LIFECO UL Listed doors are available in Cold Rolled Steel,
• Galvanized steel, Hot Dipped Electro galvanized or Galvalumematerial.
• Door leaf thickness: 45 mm
• Material thickness (Gauges):1.2mm (18 gauge)
• Painting: Prime painted materials can be used for hot rolled or cold rolled steel sheet.
LIFECO UL listed doors and frames are tested according to UL10B, UL10C, UL1784 & Conforming to NFPA80, NFPA252, NFPA105 & CAN-ULC S104.
Additionally investigated in accordance with ANSI/UL 1784, “Air Leakage Tests of Door Assemblies, ”and determined to have an air leakage rate of the door assembly not exceeding 3.0 cfm per square foot of door opening at 0.10 inch of water for both ambient and 400 F temperature conditions, per NFPA 105.
